Vegetable Soup

A very easy soup recipe for your healthy dinner. Try it soon.
Ingredients :
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • onion and garlic, finely sliced
  • corn
  • chopped carrots
  • chayote, diced
  • broccoli
  • fresh leek
  • salt and pepper
Instructions :
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add onions and garlic. Stir until its fragnant.
  3. Add corn. Stir. Pour mineral water. Wait for 3 minutes.
  4. Add carrot, broccoli and chayote. Stir them well.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover. Wait until it boils and all vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes).
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh leek. Stir.
  7. Wait for 1 minute.
  8. Move them to the serving plate.
  9. Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
