VIRGIN MEDIA IRELAND has said it is “working to resolve” issues affecting mobile customers.
Some customers have had no service since this afternoon, with many taking to Twitter to vent their frustration.
Virgin has not disclosed how many customers have been affected by the problem.
“We will continue to provide updates as they become available,” the company said within the last hour.
It has apologised for the inconvenience caused, saying: “Our teams have been working hard to answer everyone’s queries this evening.”
